Very attentive waiter and very friendly staff in general. The place is a bit loud when full but had a great dinner.

I always consider good service and good food as the crucial ingredients of a good restaurant, and Grappolo has both of them, well done, keep it up!

Dined via a voucher from [...]!!The only defence I can offer was that it was Friday night and VERY busy.Even so the food was overall very, very poor, the atmosphere(live singer?)was terrible and the whole experience a complete shambles.

Tasty fish served in puddle of broth with revolting overcooked vegetables; seafood risotto was oversized mush looking and tasting like it was made with concentrated tomato soup. Waiting staff inattentive in half empty restaurant. Very good location but deserves to be completely empty.

The food was good but my husband didn't get a complete meal, they were excellent in rectifying the matter. A good place for a catch up but not for a special dinning experience.

We went on a meal deal and did they know about it!!! They could not wait to feed us and get us out. The waiter chased after me for a tip - how disgusting!!! Awful.

Dined at 630 with a colleague who has just returned to work-so ideal for a catch up as the restaurant was quiet at this time. Have also dined there as a group- and the atmosphere appropriate for any occasion
