Great location and view (obviously), the afternoon tea was very good but the waitress (Manon) made the day, the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely go back.

Booked afternoon tea for my wife's 40th and requested a window seat at which I was indeed seated. The views are stunning. Purposefully booked 1400 in order to catch the sunset. Not disappointed. 5 tea cakes, 4 small sones with cream/jam, and a small plate of sandwiches. Unlimited hot drinks, extra round of sandwiches (actually we had 3 because I'm 6'7'' & always hungry) and glass of champagne for £64 pp plus service. Service was excellent. Laid back, pleasant but very attentive. Venue itself is a far cry from the glam and glitz of the ritz, goring and claridges. It is asian contemporary, intimate, modern but very relaxed. The venue is 'highly recommended' by afternoontea.com with only claridges rated higher it being the classic British afternoon tea look, feel and service BUT for me/us this venue is the best in London. I literally cannot fault it. My wife LOVED IT!

Brilliant as an experience. Very expensive. Once was enough for me could not afford £60 for sandwiches

Lovely venue, great views. The actual afternoon tea had good selection and was fresh and tasty. I found it was very expensive for what it was though, four people cost £240.
Staff friendly but not very attentive. Had to ask twice for more tea and had to ask for extra sandwiches as no-one came over to ask if we needed anything else.
Overall, a good experience but very expensive for what it is.
