Stunning views and friendly service, great pains were taken to explain a window table would be available at sometime during the booking, and we had one before tea arrived. Savoury amuse bouche presented 2 very unequally filled pastry cases exemplified kitchen quality assurance. Sandwiches disappointing ham in particular seemed processed.

Would not recommend the Afternoon Tea at Gong. Extremely overpriced and very underwhelming food. I don't know how the justified the price for the quality and amount of food given so would not come back. The view was lovely however we left disappointed and feeling ripped off.

Nice atmosphere, great view, service was excellent, everything was explained, when the food was brought, we were told what we had to eat .Though we didnt like the deserts, but the sandwiches and scones were excellent. Even being reminded we had a reservation that day was a nice touch

It was my sons 30th birthday surprise and I was disappointed after adding a note to my booking to this effect that on arrival they could not even find the booking.
The experience was ok. Not sure it was value for money as a surprise birthday celebration and not even a happy birthday from staff!
Of course the view was amazing

Excellent afternoon tea which was served very efficiently and very friendly. The views from The Gong were brilliant although a little hazy. I would definitely recommend it for special occasions.

The atmosphere was great. Our waitress Madelina was very friendly and extremely helpful. The amuse bouche at the beginning of the afternoon tea was a lovely surprise and the sandwiches were nice and moist. The selection of little fancy cakes were delicious. On offer was one of my favourite champagnes - Veuve Cliquot so that made it a thoroughly enjoyable occasion especially as we were celebrating our 38th Wedding Anniversary.
