Good location near Bath Spa train station. We visited on Bank Holiday evening and the place was busy without being rammed. Service excellent - really friendly and committed, we felt treated like individuals. Food delicious - portion size not too humungous which meant we had room for a dessert, just about! Good selection of drinks (I particularly liked the White Shield IPA and my wife loves the Pina Colada Deluxe!) Slightly odd, industrial-looking decor but it worked ok. Good value for money. Will definitely visit again!

Booked table of 4 for Saturday night, greeted by very friendly member of staff as was our waitress for the evening. Food was reasonably good and not bad value for money, lovely friendly atmosphere and would go back again, however, only occasionally.

Booked online for lunchtime during half term so expected the restaurant to be busy and although we had to wait a few minutes for our table we had a drink and still felt looked after. I went with my 4 children - 2 teenagers, 8 yr old and a 4 yr old - all happy with the menu options - love the split kids menu - my eight year old wanted something more sophisticated than her younger sister and got it and atmosphere great - my sons wants to play list! - Staff super friendly ( Kids love being made a fuss of - grown ups too!) Food good, service impeccable - it was our second time and we will go again.

We had to waite by the door with other customers thus causing a jam.The meal was not what I expected, chicken breast with tequila and lime, there was no other flavour except chicken,my friends chicken was the same.Other dishes were very mediocre nearly all were cold on top and warm underneath.Beer at [$]a bottle and an average wine at nearly [$] did'nt add anything to the evening. We could have got a far better meal in many other establishments in Bath for a lot less.Never to return so beware!!!

The dining experience was overshadowed by the restaurant not having a record of our booking and making us wait over 35 minutes for a table. We booked the table for 8pm on a saturday night. We were provided with a free drink after we were seated but we were made to feel a bit uncomfortable because we 'weren't on the list'. The meal was fine and the waitress friendly but the problem with the booking spoilt the evening for us.

Visited for lunch 4 times now and really enjoyed the experience. Just one comment - I brought my sister, who uses a mobility scooter, and the member of staff who seated us was not willing for her to bring the scooter in to get to a table - even though I said i would take it outside immediately she was seated. This meant a distressing 10 minutes for my sister whilst she regained her breathing. After our meal, however, I just went and fetched her scooter without asking staff. Despite that hiccup, my sister insisted on going back for lunch a few days later!

My husband and I decided to visit Giraffe as we were in Bath and found a 241 deal on mains. We regularly eat out as we work all over England and was extremely disappointed by the food which is certainly overpriced even on a 241 deal. The food came very quickly but was of very poor quality and taste. It was apparent that the food was microwaved and nothing was actually cooked from scratch. It was very disappointing as the service was very good, however I would strongly advise anyone not to waste there time and money at this restaurant, as you can get better quality food in any [...] establishment for quarter of the price.....

Have to say this was perfect for a rushed lunch. We were all in a hurry, the service was excellent, the food arrived quickly and was good.
