We were shown to our table which was clean and well presented. .Our drink order was taken and arrived shortly afterwards. The food order was taken a while later but there was a long delay before it arrived. Two of our party ordered the sirloin steak which had a surcharge of £5. Both of thee steaks were grisly and had a large amount of fat that was not edible we showed the waiter who wasn't bothered, we asked him if it was sirloin as the other rump steak was alot leaner and not fatty, he said he would talk to the chef but did not return and offered no resolution!!
Alot later he returned with the dessert menu and advised that there was 1 sticky pudding 3 panacottas, ice cream and a cheeseboard (additio al surcharge) available the other 3 were gone!
The breakfast was warm the scrambled eggs were powdery and there were no Danish pastries or crossoints very poor!!

I booked this restaurant for a Valentines Meal with my wife. The service was appalling, we were not shown to our table so we found one and were asked to move to another. The restaurant was not busy but the service was very poor and abrupt (the waiter was doing everything himself and was obviously not trained at waiting - more of a bar man)there was also a waitress who was barely in the restaurant and was barely civil. I would not recommend this restaurant.
