Brimming with Argentinean charm, Gaucho Piccadilly is housed in the old wine cellars of the Mexican ambassador. This expansive restaurant stretches over 4 floors, with an exclusive wine boutique in the original vaulted cellars.

Taking inspiration from vibrant South American culture, the Gaucho menu foregrounds a robust array of flavours. Fresh, natural ingredients are used to compile favourite dishes, like bream fillets with crispy ham and a fennel and orange salad, or the signature Gaucho burger with zesty chutney.

Within the splendour of the opulent dining room at Gaucho restaurant in Piccadilly, guests can enjoy a sophisticated wine or grappa sourced from Argentina. With a contemporary edginess, a mass of plush black leather and rich cowhide stools litter the dining room, all offset by the impressive glint of the chandeliers.

In a landmark area of the capital, Gaucho restaurant in London blends authentic customs with cosmopolitan luxury. Piccadilly Circus Tube Station is just a 5-minute walk away.

Service was good, but the food did not reach up to our expectation. The meet was not tender and was full of tendons. Too high price compared with quality. Was there also in November and we was very satisfied. Unlucky this time.

The restaurant was very busy but the staff were very attentive and knowledgeable. They took time to explain everything about our dishes and advised us on choices. Overall a very enjoyable experience. Steaks were excellent.

We have been to gaucho numerous times over the years but the food, quality and value for money has certainly dropped. Service was very slow and poor, we couldn't get the waiters attention so the food arrived and didn't even have any wine, steaks were undercooked - bill came to around £170 for two with a few drinks each and dessert to share. Far better places to go, happy to spend this sort of money when the food is great and service is too but not when everything is well below average.

Brunch was really good. Good variety and lots of food. Attentive and friendly waitors, constantly topping up your glass with bubbles. Great afternoon,

The steaks were some of the best I have ever tasted and cooked to perfection

Amazing food! The starters were all filling. Bigger than expected. Even the table bread was lovely. We. It's got Fillet and it was so tender. Well worth it. Cauliflower cheese was basically just a whole cauliflower with a small layer of cheese, personally would've preferred more. We shared one portion of fat chips and that was enough as we had starters already. Tried the selection of deserts and they were big portions of each and we couldn't finish it but all really nice. The food was amazing quality. We had one of the Sauvignon Blanc wines and it was really nice.
