Fabulous cocktails and service as usual - can't think of a better bar. The food was tasty and a great complement to the drinks. We'll be back again - in fact we can't wait :)

We had afternoon tea at the Lost Angel. When I booked the tea, the reservation system kind of hinted that the restaurant would be crowded, but we were the only ones. Kind of akward.

Food and tea were alright and the service was great. The Easter specials were nice addition. Perhaps the place suits better for drinking and partying than for an afternoon tea, but overall the experience was nice.

Great food- we had burger and ribs which were delicious. £6 cocktails made for a great night. Service very friendly

Had been to the restaurant once before and it was a great experience. Can't say the same about this occasion. 1) they run out of fillet steaks at 7.30pm on Saturday 13th Feb! 2) ordered selection of cold starters and steaks for dinner- waitress brought steaks firsts, but she took them to the table next to us when we told her we were still waiting for our starter 3) then she brought us our steaks with the starters! Yes, we had it all together! 4) service was included on the bill- no one offered any compensation for the mistakes. I wanted to cancel the starters but there was no one to talk to- sunny enough..
I won't be rushing back I'm afraid. For the money you pay there should be a higher customer care service.

Great Valentines Menu, excellent quality food and drinks, very quirky and overall a great experience.
Not your typical gastro pub, food was what you would expect from a high end restaurant.

Absolutely perfect! Couldn't have had a better experience. Everything from the decor to the amazing steak choices (there are 4 x options) and delicious sauces where you have a choice of 3 to accompany your meal. The service was impeccable and the food was one of the best meals I've ever eaten!

This is the second time I have been to the Lost Angel and I like it. Service is good and staff are friendly and helpful, attentive but not too attentive and I never feel like I am being pushed to order more or get out the door. I ordered the Lamb Roast and I don't normally order a roast when going out as I am often left disappointed. It was one of the better roasts I have had - vegetables were not overcooked, lamb was succulent and they didn't drown it in gravy. Some one else had the chicken which was a little dry. The burger was good. The cocktails were good and next time I go on a Sunday I would like to try the Bloody Mary Bar - looks great though I will probably need to take the Monday off work. I would beware on a Sunday as there is live music from 2pm. It was a little loud and made it hard to hear the other people we were dining with, so sit in the dinning room if you want a conversation. That said the live music was pretty good.

The food was good, if a little overpriced. But the service was fairly poor as my partner's plate was taken away before I had come close to finishing eating.

We found the Gaslight while having a drink at [...] which just happened to be directly across the street from the hotel we stayed at in Battersea Park. We got a Friday evening resevation for 3 late on a Thursday evening. Our hosts, [@] were by far the most amazing people we had the good fortune of meeting on our 12 day trip through the UK. The food at the Gaslight was also some of the best we had in Ireland, England, Scottland and Wales. The restaurant itself was a beautiful steampunk oasis in the city. All in all, a 5 star evening.
