Didn't get to frankies, got moved to wheelers without option to wait and rebook frankies. Don't eat fish or liver so hardly ate anything. Also original booking for frankies confirmed Marco would be there to seat us, didn't happen at wheelers. Very very disappointing not what u expect from a legend. Engagement gift wasted!!!

We ate dinner on Monday night. The restaurant was busy but not crowded, and we relaxed over three great courses and an fine bottle of wine. Staff were friendly and attentive. Would go back again.

Don't be put off by the entrance and the dark steps down. Once you are inside it is a lovely place to eat. The lunch menu is great value. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is excellent and the portions are generous. Will be back next time we are in London.

We booked a table for 4 on a Saturday evening. All the staff were friendly, approachable and professional. It was reasonably busy but there were no delays in service.

Good food and good service. Food tasty and well presented. Free jug of water automatically provided (and replenished) was much appreciated. Very good wine, though wine list rather short. Chips were brilliant ... and I am fussy ! Would love to go again. Enjoyed the unusual surroundings of a basement and glitter balls and mirrors. Would be very good for families. Good variety on menu. Good service, and when I spilt my coffee it was automatically replaced free without asking. Good experience. Will recommend.
