The staff were lovely. Our waiter, think his name was 'Cal' was so incredibly warm and welcoming, he even took our order and rememberd starters, mains, and drinks without writing it down!! What a champ! My sister didn't like her wrap and because she only ate half of it the manager took 50% off of our price for that, the manager who was waiting on us on the '8.7.16' and 'Cal' were both extremely friendly and funny. Thank you for your incredible service, we are coming back next week now! 5 star rating from us! :-)

The person who met us on arrival was very friendly and polite. The waiter for our table although very friendly was a bit too patronising and kept calling us "guys" which for 2 women was irritating. Although I appreciate attentive service, he was too much "in your face" and annoying. Food was great and fantastic value using the offer though.

They decorated our table for our anniversary with banners, candles, balloons and streamers. The waiter was funny, personable and attentive. The food was gorgeous, extremely high quality! Quick service, you're not rushed at all. Prices are very reasonable! And they gave us a free bottle of wine as a gift for our anniversary. Just an amazing dining experience.

Didn't have a lot of choice on the menu and what we usually have wasn't on there. Ended up just eating from the normal menu. As usual great service and good food, although we didn't get the table I asked specifically for.

The restaurant was cold inside even although it was fairly mild outside. The table surface was sticky. My wife ordered a CAPRESE SALAD:Fresh mozzarella, torn and mixed with cherry tomatoes, basil, rocket, our salsa verde and olive oil. Served with freshly baked rosemary bread (sounds good doesn't it)..What arrived was a small plate with some shredded lettuce and a few croutons. We called the waiter over who confirmed that it was a Caesar.salad and he would change it. He returned after about five minutes later with the so called Caprese salad. What arrived was another small plate of shredded lettuce, with a couple of half cherry tomatoes and a few TINY shreds of mozzarella which you had to look hard to find. the so called rosemary bread was two very small slices of plain white bread, taken off a small loaf or bun, with absolutely no sign or taste of rosemary. So, sadly, almost a joke and certainly not the tasty starter promised by the menu! The rest of the food was OK and the service friendly. My wife asked for a Tequila and lemonade with a slice of lime. The drink arrived with the tiniest slice of lemon I have ever seen. It was changed for lime, but they needn't have bothered because the slice of lime was equally minuscule and could not have flavoured anything! The Caprese salad was removed from the bill though it still came to £95 for four people, so not exactly cheap to warrant such a poor starter. My wife and I have been several times before and had a great experience. I had noted some bad reviews which seemed to start around the beginning of December and carrying on through Christmas. Come on Frankie and Bennys, pull your socks up! We will go back but will find it hard to recommend it to a friend until we see that it is back on form.
