The food was okay but well overpriced especially the dessert. 9 little cold profiteroles for £6 and a burger with a few chips for £14.50.

The quiet Sunday morning breakfast ambience was shattered by their happy birthday routine for a table, after which the trashy music volume never retreated. Conversation was from then on difficult. My mega breakfast choice was grim, hard eggs, greasy and with chips. My friends chose the pancakes and eggs which was much cheaper and nicer. Also we had to wait quite a while for one of us to be served.

Booked the table for a birthday -when the meals came 3 out of four turned up , some considerable time before the fourth turned up and a few prompts from us also we ordered a side which we had to nag for.
We also waited some considerable time for a order of drinks.

Lovely food service was fine apart the from one waitress who I believe was the manageress? Older woman with blond hair who overall was grumpy and curt. All the other staff were lovely

Felt the prices for the food and the drinks were very expensive, service as always very good but the prices have gone up considerably

The food took over 45minutes to arrive which meant that we had to rush our food, as well as the birthday girl's meal because the film was due to start. When I arrived I asked if there would be any delays and I was assured that it would be out quickly- it was not ?? the children had to leave without their desert, which we were expecting as part of their meal price and both adults had to leave before finishing our food. We missed the start of the film, and we're offered no discount or apology for slow service. We were grateful for our friendly waiter, who eventually did the birthday sing for our six year old as we were putting our coats on, but there was no fuss made if her- despite emailing ahead to inform them. The food was very good as always, shame we didn't get to enjoy it this time.
