The Frankie & Benny’s menu offers a tasty range of New York Italian classics. Legendary burgers include the juicy Brooklyn beef burger, loaded high with smoky barbecue pulled beef, and the Manhattan waffle burger topped with a sweet American waffle and drizzled with smoky barbecue sauce. There’s also a wide range of pizzas and pastas, including the fully loaded mac ‘n’ cheese calzone, delicious Roman smoky pizza and signature F&B meatballs.

Pleasant staff who did not hurry as all. Food good, music quieter so we could easily hear each other. We had a very enjoyable evening

7 of us ate together. We were all very disappointed and will not return. Starters lovely. The roast turkey meals were cold. Veg overcooked but we ate it. Two people had yule log. Tiny piece which was dry .someone else had sticky toffee pudding which was overcooked and couldn't eat it . Staff were helpful and polite. We didn't pay for 3 puddings .

It was surprisingly quiet for a Friday evening. We were made welcome and our waitress, Shantel was fun and efficient.
I do feel that in comparison to other restaurants it is quite expensive, £85 for 3 people for dinner. Whilst I realise there were cheaper menus, in my party one is a vegetarian and one cannot eat cheese which limited our choice of menu.

The meal and service was very good , unfortunely the restaurant was a bit chilly and I did notice other customers with coats on etc . I would go again but in a group may make it warmer.

I went with my daughter and 2 grandsons to celebrate my 73rd birthday. We had a super meal and were served by a lovely waitress. It was lovely to be serenaded and made my celebrations complete. We had to dash off to the cinema or we would have stayed longer.

    Nice enough restaurant.
Service was polite and not too slow
    BUT
    - Portions were on the small side,
    - they got one of the orders wrong (and it was not busy so that couldn't be the reason),
    - the food was just about warm enough to eat and was cold by the time it was finished,
    - the price was over the top for the portions supplied.
    - extras were a bit of a rip off (for example £1.50 for an option to add chicken was extortionate when only 3 small pieces of chicken were added to the dish).

Also we could not understand why the dishes were so much more expensive on a Saturday (+25% or more) compared to weekdays.
