As well as classic sashimi, sushi and slow-cooked meats, the Flesh & Buns restaurant menu specialises in its famous hirata-bun burgers. Light dishes include Japanese-style snacks, chicken yakitori and prawn tempura, while sauce and pickle-lathered hirata fillings include crispy duck leg with sour plum soy, salmon teriyaki with lemon & sea salt, or braised pork belly with mustard miso.
Cold and warm sake dominate the drinks list at Flesh & Buns restaurant in Covent Garden, while freshly-muddled juices and pack-a-punch cocktails include the peach blossom sour, or yuzu, raspberry & elderflower pressé.
