In a contemporary gabled warehouse conversion in the middle of Rubgy's town centre, Ferguson's Restaurant serves refined modern British and European cuisine, created with high-quality, seasonal produce.
Former colleague of TV Chef Nick Nairn, David Ferguson delivers rosette-winning plates as executive chef and director. To start, try the exotic curried Orkney scallops with basmati rice, or the classic beef carpaccio with shallot, capers, rocket and parmesan. Boldly-flavoured mains including wild sea bass with saffron crushed potatoes, green beans, scallop and prawn ravioli.
Generosity of ingredients continues with dessert, such as peanut butter parfait with nougat, chocolate truffle and caramel sauce. There's also a great selection of cheeses alongside celery & apple granita, quince jelly, grapes and crackers.
Elegant French doors let light flood onto this 2-floor restaurant, and on sunny days the leafy walled garden offers an al fresco dining area. Ferguson's Restaurant, Rugby, Warwickshire is just a 12-minute bus journey from Rugby Train Station.
