Led by renowned chef Simon Rogan, Michelin-starred Fera at Claridge’s offers a creative take on modern British cuisine. Capturing the true essence of nature, Rogan builds on culinary approaches honed at his 2 Michelin-starred restaurant L’Enclume, voted the UK’s Best Restaurant by the Good Food Guide 2015.
The finest organic ingredients are showcased on the Fera menu, with many raised on Rogan’s own farm in the Lake District, and others sourced from trusted growers. Regularly reimagined in line with the season’s best produce, dishes are compiled with sensitivity, ingenuity and world-class skill. These might include Galloway beef with turnip, oyster mushroom and bone marrow, or salted chocolate cream with jasmine, lemon and caramel.

A pleasure from start to finish. Warm welcome, nice table, beautiful decor ( even if the period is not my taste). Staff attentive and knowledgable, but not intrusive, and service was perfectly paced. Real attention to practical detail - linen plain, silverware elegant, glasses fine and refined.
Wonderful rye bread. Hake and parsley mouse starter - a finely-judged variety of ingredients looked inviting on the plate and gave satisfying textures. My only criticism would be that perhaps there was a little too much salt. The main course -cod - perfectly cooked, so that the white flesh was just opaque. Again, a composition of flavours and techniques added up to a balance plate that delighted and satisfied. My companion had the ox tongue and then the chicken. We agreed that the cooking could hardly be improved on. A real treat. We couldn't help noticing that most people around us were just eating and drinking talking about everything else except the food.....we couldn't NOT talk about the food. Such a treat.
We (2 of us) had altogether only 1champagne and 3 glasses of different white wine, but the sommelier was as happy to talk to us about the wines as if we were spending thousands. The wine list is extensive, although it doesn't try to be global in its selection (a good thing). We tried wines that we wouldn't have thought of drinking and enjoyed them all; even the house white was unusual and good.

We had the set menu at the FERA, in Claridge's. It was a three course meal of nouvelle cuisine type fare. Small dishes, but delicious. Very filling, despite the small size of the dishes.

A superb experience. The staff were very friendly and explained the menu very clearly. Food was beautifully cooked and presentation excellent. Whether going for a special occasion, treat or business lunch, you will not be disappointed.

The lunch offer was amazing value and the additional snacks offered were the most exciting mix of flavours and textures that I have experienced despite years of fine dining in several Michelin star establishments.
The service was discreet and friendly and the staff clearly enthusiastic about conveying their knowledge not just about the food but on other aspects of our dining experience like the incredibly thin glassware and its care.

Great food - very healthy

What an amazing experience: interesting and innovative food of the highest quality and the service is as charming, understated and classy as you would expect at Claridge's. Not easy on the pocket, but worth every penny. Minor quibble: the coffee is really very rough.
