Led by renowned chef Simon Rogan, Michelin-starred Fera at Claridge’s offers a creative take on modern British cuisine. The finest organic ingredients are showcased on the Fera menu, with many raised on Rogan’s own farm in the Lake District, and others sourced from trusted growers.     Fera is e perfect dining destination for me.
    The freshness of ingredients used; the balance of the flavours and service is great too.

    Brilliant service all very polite and informative fabulous food just let down by the skimpy amount of champagne.....not a glass full!!!!

    We had the set lunch with a glass of champagne and 3 snacks each. The food was without exception excellent and we ordered an interesting bottle of wine on advice fro the sommelier which went really well with all the dishes. The restaurant is beautiful and airy and the service was impeccable.

    I was very disappointed in the set meal we had each portion tiny and presented by very efficient staff. They gave you an explanation of each of course ,two of them mouses one made from peas served up in what looked like a vase. The main course so small it could have been calorie free. The saving grace was pudding which was raspberrys.this was put on an enormous glass plate for some reason.

    This was a well crafted, the snacks were excellent and the puddings were delicious. The waiting staff were attentive without being overbearing. I particularly enjoyed the fish mousse and the Cotswolds chicken.

    fera is in Claridges and the restaurant is fantastic all art deco. The staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble. The food was mainly excellent and served in different ways, e.g. on a piece of tree bark or on stones. The mix of flavours were wonderful and exiting. The only course we both were disappointed with was the fish it seemed lost amongst every thing else on the plate. The puddings we're also wonderful. Very Glad we went and will certainly want to experience again.
