We came for my Mumma's 65th birthday and what an amazing time we had. Felt like royalty, everybody was so polite, friendly and couldn't do enough for you.. even the waiter was on his knees pouring you tea. Will be back!

Had autumn afternoon tea which was delicious. Good range of sandwiches. Bit overpriced but filling.

We had a lovely time and were really looked after. My Mum and her little dog Coco who both share the same birthday had a wonderful time and we really felt the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a very enjoyable time. The food, service, decor and toilets were super and I can't fault the place. Thanks for having us.

The staffs were great. The interior is charming and cozy, I could stay here all afternoon. Only one point I regret is that I could not find the scoen I left when I opened the take-away box after I left the hotel (I asked staff to take away what I could not finished (cakes and one scone) and they kindly packed them in the box ).

A lovely experience. There was enough to eat that it sufficed for lunch! Food and tea were excellent quality. Only minor complaint was that there was quite a long gap between getting our tea and the arrival of food - but it was worth the wait!

Small restaurant with only about 15 places, which surprised us, but is not bad. Some of the tables looked gorgeous (table by the window), while other tables felt rather crammed and small. We changed tables to a table in the main room, which was much nicer than the first table we sat at. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, the food (afternoon tea) was tasty and beautifully presented. The fruit scones in particular were delicious. However, in relation to the expensive price, the food and service is not really worth the money (especially as a service charge was added - looking at the price we assumed it was included).
