    We went to eat but were too late so unfortunately we didn't get to sample to food. However we also wanted to see the venue for a birthday party. Dritan showed us around (2nd time for me), he was absolutely professional, very friendly, courteous and had plenty of time for us (even stopping halfway through his meal to make sure we were okay when he didn't have to). He was very good to deal with from the initial phone call to showing us the venue. All staff I had contact with were very friendly, efficient and really made us feel welcome even though we were there for probably less than 15 minutes. A real pleasure to visit.

    The people were great and waiter really helpful. I'm disabled and needed and comfier chair and they got me one with a soft seat quickly and without fuss and were generally kind and helpful.
    They brought a birthday dessert with candle for my boyfriend which was really kind.
    However the food was not great. The starters were nice. Unfortunately we had 3 tagines (2 lamb 1 chicken) and only in one out of three had the sauce thickened. The meat was nice but 2 of the tagines were filled with flavoured water and not sauce. This was really unfortunate as the meat was lovely but for this reason I wouldn't pay for this again. I really didn't enjoy my meal but because it was a birthday had to pretend I did.
    Really sorry to leave this feedback as the people were so nice but the sauce wasn't a little runny - it was watery.

    From the outset this restaurant set the tone for a thoroughly negative dining experience. As a party of four friends meeting for a catch up it was clear this was going to be difficult when we were shown to a table shared with 6 others located directly under a speaker.
    For starters we ordered an assortment of dips which we were unable to begin as the waiter forgot to bring any bread and it was then we noted the place appeared rather short staffed. It took 10 minutes to attract the attention of a passing waiter to obtain bread. For a main course 3 of us ordered a stuffed pepper with broad bean and asparagus salad. We all simultaneously started on the salad and grimaced - the salad had no dressing. After another 10 min the rather surprised waiter brought over a range of sauces. For dessert 3 people ordered peach cheesecake but got tiramisu and I asked for lemon sorbet but got mango without any explanation or apology. When I sent it back I was told there never was lemon on the menu. All together this is a dismal chain restaurant but this is not reflected in the prices. Dreadful in every way.

    The dining was ok, not excellent for my expectations. I personally would say that quality is average, but should improve much more in relation with price.
    I was disappointed of one dish, baby stuffed squid. The squid was almost dissolved,covered up with extra sweet and uncooked tomatoes sauce.
    I choose a muffin as dessert at the buffet table, as they didn't have a la carte. I knew it was from the morning breakfast, it was dry.
    I also comment on the bread basket, it should be served directly at the table with meals, instead by the waiter. There is pita bread missing.
    Overall the atmosphere was good and the service as well.

    [...]Restaurant was fairly quiet for a Saturday but service was slow, we had about three waiting staff dealing with our table of 10 but they did not communicate! We had starters arrive before half of us had had got our drinks...Food was just not very lebanese tasting, nothing was spicy despite the descriptions in the menu, disappointing :( I had lamb tagine, well cooked but very bland and watery :( To be fair I did look at the deli and nightclub and they did look good, decor in keeping with theme, nice atmosphere, toilets clean, nicely decorated, some of us had dessert and these were excellent, so maybe give up on the restaurant and just have deli/patisserie, maybe a café? If you can't manage a restaurant or cook decent lebanese food don't open a lebanese restaurant!
