The award-winning Da Spago restaurant in South Kensington offers authentic Italian food in elegant ristorante style. An intimate space lined with dark wooden beams, Da Spago offers traditional pizzas baked in wood-burning oven, and the menu also features seafood, meat dishes, Italian wines and cocktails.

Amongst homemade pastas on the Da Spago menu, try ravioloni stuffed with stracchino cheese and wild mushrooms, or pappardelle with prawns and asparagus. Tempting risottos feature provola and courgette, or saffron and scallops, while masterfully prepared pizzas include folded calzones and dozens more.

Delicious antipasti is a great chance to sample Italian cured meats and cheeses, while vegetarian choices include orange and goat’s cheese salad, and aubergine and ricotta rigatoni. Divine desserts of Sicilian cannoli, mascarpone cheesecake and chocolate soufflé join luxurious Italian ice cream and gelato.

Characterful Italian wines will provide the perfect complement to Da Spago’s fresh dishes, or sample the fragrant brandy, grappa. Da Spago in London is just 2 minutes’ walk from South Kensington Tube Station.
