I had chicken and bacon salad. The only downside was not enough dressing which made the salad dry. I did ask for more and our waitress promptly brought it. Tap it wasn't working this week.

Enjoyed nothing to complain about

Regularly eat on Saturday evenings. Food is well cooked and presented and the staff are pleasant. The only downside is the wait for drinks from the bar at times. I ate the cajun couscous salad this week and it was delicious. If I was to make any complaint it would be the size of the salad with some meals is becoming miniscule - half of a cherry tomato and a couple of salad leaves.

Food was very good, after a wait of about 25 minutes after ordering. However no vegetables and salad on plates. But due to restaurant being busy couldn't attract attention of staff. When the waitress approached the table she was told & offered to fetch from kitchen which we declined as nearly eaten meal, the assistant manager was notified who came to table with dish of rocket which we again refused. Waitress notified us that 20% discount on Bill. The bill arrived no discount had to ask at desk, where then given discount as they had forgot!!
If something is offered it should be honoured, you shouldn't need to ask.
Have been previously to Crown and food and service always been good. Will return again but try to book on a quieter night.

Had to wait a long time for food to arrive. We weren't told the soft drink I had was unlimited .
