It's been a few years since we've visited this restaurant, this time round the pizzas had gotten smaller, the staff were not attentive, and though the menu had not changed much the flavours certainly had, bland comes to mind. My partner and I had 2 different pizzas but from the taste you would not have been able to tell, even the chicken where one should have been 'peri peri' tasted the same. As an idea a place like this sounds like a fun and something different but instead this was just disappointing.

The selection of foods was great, and the service started off great. Unfortunately when the spaghetti bolognaise arrived the chef had decided to allow three generous table spoons of sauce to have with a full bowl of spaghetti, don't get me wrong the sauce tasted fantastic. The service for the desserts was very slow and I had to ask a few times how long they were going to be. Overall waitress service was very polite and friendly and the food tasted great.

Staff we're absolutely lovely from the time we walked through the door until the time we left. Service was speedy and always with a smile. The food was absolutely gorgeous (but I am a regular just not this branch) so couldn't fault it. Overall very lovely dining experience and definitely will be back again.

Haven't got time for every little detail but overall experience very good. Food was great- not a big pizza fan but thoroughly enjoyed a delicious pizza with butternut squash- yummy! Salads were generous and very fresh. Staff pleasant. Only criticism- we found it very noisy but that's pretty general in restaurants at busy times.

Love Fire and Stone as their pizzas are so adventurous. The dough is fabulous, the toppings are always very generous and the flavours are just as they should be. We tried Lisbon and Montego Bay yesterday and I couldn't tell you which I preferred as they were both excellent.

Bad service, had to repeatedly ask for drinks, sauces, bill. Food was nice but over shadowed by the terrible service.

The food was amazing and the pizza (new york) which I had was very nice; however, it was very cold this weekend and the front door would not close. Loads of people were complaining and getting up to close the door - not one waiter closed the door at any time or apologised for the restaurant being so cold. The couple next to us had to leave the coats on while they ate. As we were so cold, we couldnt wait to leave to warm up elsewhere. We also had to flag waiters down for drink - when I asked one waiter for a drink, he told me that he didnt take orders and walked off, he didnt even go and get somebody else to help us. Food was good however serivce lets it down; unfortunately, due to this, I would not come back to this please.
