My colleagues and I loved the value, the food, the wine and the liqueur coffee/hot chocolate! We were satisfied with the table and not materially inconvenienced by being seated near the till and toilets. Service was good, we weren't kept waiting too long and weren't rushed out at the end either.

Large, busy restaurant with lots of friendly efficient staff both in the open kitchen and waiting tables. Food and drinks were beautifully presented as well as tasty. The star deals menu was exactly as it was on the bookatable site so there were no surprises. 12.5% optional service charge added which seemed appropriate and fair. Would recommend and would definitely go back, next time I will probably try the normal menu although the star deals menu was amazing value for money. Set right in the heart of Covent Garden, close to the theatres, the location is also fabulous.

I used to love this resturants- last night they were the worst pizzas me and my friend have had. there was no cheese at all.

Food was great but the service was really poor. Waitors were delivering food to various tables at any one time including a mix of mains and desserts. Waitors has no idea where their food was going and had to keep asking tables if the order was theirs. So much so that we only received half of our food and had to chase the rest.

Staff seemed a bit stretched on the night we visited (either not enough or new to the job), but were very pleasant. Pizzas are disappointing - toppings are good quality but base is nothing special of that large given the price. On a tastecard deal so value was OK - would not be worth the full price. Tastecard bookings all seem to be seated in the basement too. There are plenty of other places that I'd rather eat in Covent Garden. Its not bad but not particularly good either.

Venue lovely and really well set out. Service was awful- missing meals, cold food, waited for ages to be offered a drink, had to ask several times for condiments etc. Salad asked for dressing on side, came with dressing on, and tasted of fish even though no fish mentioned on description. Wouldn't eat there again.

lovely meal but slow service this time

Bit daunting when we entered as you're away from the dining area and no one was on the desk so we weren't sure if we had to wait or walk in further. After about 5 minutes a guy came and apologised though.
We were then seated and waited a further 15-20 minutes just to be asked what drink we wanted, we ordered our food at the same time and both arrived what seemed like minutes later which was nice. We had no pizza cutters between the three of us and when we asked we were given just one so we had to share and wipe it clean. There were also no forks on the table but the waitress apologised and took the child's meal off the bill.
The main courses we ordered were delicious and we all cleared our plates.
Then we were given desert menus and ordered and the deserts took 15-20 minutes to arrive... Again the waitress apologised.

We had a good trip overall but some of the wait times were crazy given it wasn't even that busy. The staff were lovely though and our waitress couldn't do enough for us, kept smiling throughout and I think was the only other reason it ended up being a positive experience besides the food.

Good service, nice location but the pizza was dry and not something I'd rush back for.
