The food is wonderful, beautiful old art Deco building.Staff are friendly and knowledgeable . Just one thing the potions are on the small side but if you have all 3 courses that fine. All in all a perfect place to eat will keep on returning.

Showcasing award-winning culinary skill and precision, the Corner Room menu offers a regularly changing, seasonal selection for both lunch and dinner, just one Tube stop from Liverpool Street Station.

In October, 2012, the Michelin Guide awarded Corner Room with a Bib Gourmand for high quality food at affordable prices, and the restaurant has been rated 29/30 for food in the 2013 Zagat Guide. The menu is simple and affordable; natural, wholesome and served with artful presentation. Corner Room London favourites include Iberico pork with bread pudding, or cod with clam porridge. A savoury twist for dessert sees creations like sweet potato with popcorn, or beetroot with milk and cereals. The short, savvy wine list at Corner Room in Bethnal Green is filled with organic and biodynamic bottles.

Blending Edwardian, Art Deco and of-the-moment design features, Corner Room restaurant is located within the ground-breaking development of the Town Hall Hotel. Quirky design in the dining room sees chunky suspended light fittings offset by glossy whitewashed tiling.

Corner Room is a hidden gem within the urban landscape of East London, just 2 minutes walk from Bethnal Green Tube Station. Cambridge Heath Train Station is 3 minutes’ walk away.

Fabulous food in quirky surroundings. The restaurant is in the heart of the old Bethnal Green town hall, now a fancy hotel. We hopped on the bus and arrived at 8pm to what seemed a very quiet small restaurant on a Wednesday night. It filled up though over the next couple of hours as we had some wonderful food. The service was really friendly and helpful and the prices pretty reasonable given the quality of the food - just £44 per head for three courses + wine + service. Definitely worth a trip.

It's a quirky and casual place to dine. Food is absolutely amazing and it's more accessible in price. Enjoyed my experience there.

Had a wailing child for 1.5 hours which was unbearable. She was allowed to crawl on the floor and go to other diners's table, while being in the way of waiters.

Although the menu lists 3 ingredients for each dish, there are other interesting things on the plate too. Excellent value for money.
