    Good food and attentive service

Very good overall. All 3 courses were tasty, the champagne in the deal was good and very satisfactory service. Very reasonable price for the night out. The sommelier was a bit pushy though.
Booked last minute on a Saturday and got an early table. Expected this place to be a bit quiet and empty as many City restaurants are on a weekend night, but it surprisingly filled up and became very buzzy later on with a mix of young people, families and groups.

We each ordered their set menu, both appetisers (Escargots, Fois gras) and main (grilled deer) were very good! For dessert the Christmas cream log was very good and creative while the caramel cake tasted nice but too dry. The beer we ordered was nice also. The view was so-so, we sat by the window. We expected to see St. Paul's but couldn't find anywhere in the restaurant that has this view.

We had a lovey meal of 5 courses to celebrate our anniversary. each course was delicious with a very nice atmosphere.

Very tasty 5-course meal but not sure if you can include a passion fruit sorbet as one of the five. more an amuse bouche for me... besides that the meal and the dinner experience was excellent. service was top notch and friendly without being too aggressive because I have had the experience as well where unless you order the priciest wine or cocktails, the waiters abandons you when going for the "deal menu".

Attentive service, food was excellent and wonderfully presented, especially the apple desert.

Service was excellent and tentative, food excellent. Location and ambience lovely but felt our table time was rushed.
