Set lunch taster menu was very good; all of the food served was to a high standard and was varied. We enjoyed all of the dishes served. The only aspect that could be improved upon was the mango cocktail forming part of the package. This was a little insipid.

From the same stock as London favourites The Cinnamon Club and Cinnamon Kitchen, Cinnamon Soho offers innovative Indian cuisine. Set over 2 levels, an al fresco terrace features edgy brushed steel and racing-car-blue leather. Cinnamon Soho was a winner in the Best Menu category at the esteemed London Restaurant Festival Awards 2012.

Crafted with the knowing eye of executive chef Vivek Singh, the Cinnamon Soho menu offers contemporary Indian recipes, with classic British accents weaved throughout. A bespoke window in the Cinnamon Soho dining room offers views onto the chefs creating dishes like Keralan seafood pie, ox cheek vindaloo, or lassi panna cotta with tamarind-glazed figs.

Bursting with exotic and refreshing blends, a prized selection of cocktails at Cinnamon Soho London includes a subtly spiced cinnamon bellini, or a cool garden mojito. An eclectic assortment of bottles make up the wine list, with many available by the glass or carafe.

Featuring slick, Scandinavian-style design, Cinnamon Soho restaurant is perfectly in tune with the edginess of nearby Carnaby Street. Oxford Circus Tube Station is a 5-minute walk away.

My friend and I really enjoyed our experience in Cinnamon Soho. We had 4 delicious dishes each from a set menu at £24 each. When we saw the menu had a pork dish (which is something we both dont eat) we asked the waiter if we could have an alternative. He very kindly offered us a vegetarian or a chicken dish instead. The meal was definitely value for money and the portions was just the right amount for 4 dishes and we felt satisfied. The service was impeccable and I would definitely eat at this restaurant again.

We'd been to the Cinnamon Club in Westminster for a special occasion and were interested to try out a sister restaurant. There couldn't have been more of a contrast in terms of venue/ambience, but that is not to say we didn't like it. Just more of a bar/cafe type feel than posh restaurant. The staff were very attentive, right the way through - even though we got there early evening and they got very busy over the course of our meal. And the food was very tasty.

We didn't know what to expect, booking an 8 course deal, (plus cocktail - a mango kick, where the kick came from a hint of chilli - on arrival), but the food was really very good!! Lots of different sharing plates, brought a few at a time - so everything was hot and fresh. And the flavours were first class. We hadn't warned them that one of our party was veggie (she was just going to skip a couple of the dishes) but they swapped out one of the courses for her for a veggie alternative - and gave us a couple of other additional dishes which we weren't expecting. All the dishes were very tasty - and we struggled to rank which we liked best. We don't normally have a dessert, particularly after a curry meal, but the deconstructed cheesecake - separate cheese, biscuit and fruit - was delicious. We all enjoyed it - left nothing - and left very full.

At no time did we feel we got different treatment /quality of food/ because we went on a deal.

It took a little while initially to be served; we chose the eight course sharing menu and once we started, the dishes came very quickly. However, the food was absolutely outstanding and lived up to everything I'd heard about the Cinnamon 'brand'. We had been at the Athletics all day and were hungry, but there was plenty here. Next time we shall dress up and go to the Cinnamon Club for the whole fine dining experience, but the food was, beyond question, the best of its type I have ever had with the exception of Benares, which doesn't really count in this context as Benares is Asian fusion. Superb.

A nice little place just off regents street. Food was delicious although there were some teething problems with timeliness the service. The manager dealt with it exceptionally well so overall we felt very well treated despite some hiccups. The crispy wheat, potatoes and chutney is a must eat!
