Service was bizarre! We were delivered another table's food which sat on our table for 5 minutes and was then taken away and delivered to the other table. We asked for tap water (free) at the same time as sparkling (v expensive) but the tap did not materialise until I asked twice more. Staff more interested in each other than their diners! In employing staff who look good at front of house it is best that they shouldn't be so aware that they look down on their patrons!

Latish lunch (started 1:15). The fish & chips was excellent, and the kedgeree was very good.

We had a quick business lunch. Food excellent, service efficient. Just what it should be.

Dinner atmosphere was vibrant and the general ambiance was really good. The food portions could be a bit more, and my friend's chicken had some blood in it. The toilets were very nice, but a bit awkward to get to. All told, it was an agreeable evening.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very much a business dinner and we all thought it the perfect location.

Four of ate before the cinema - and the restaurant was pleasantly busy, the food excellent and the service attentive if a little slow. The risotto was superb, the steak and snail pie equally so. Wine list had a good range and pricing and the ambience and design was really good.
