First time we've eaten in Chiquitos for about 3 years but we both love Mexican food so thought we'd give it a go (took advantage of having a babysitter for the evening)!
Food was very tasty - I had the Chimichanga which I really enjoyed and my husband has his 'usual' which was the fajitas. He enjoyed his meal too but there has been a significant reduction in the portion size since our last visit!! Now you only get 3 small wraps and only 2 strips of chicken per wrap.
Couldn't really fault the atmosphere or the staff - polite and friendly, although when we paid for our meal (we paid cash) the waitress never returned with our, the 'change' was going to be the tip (10%) but quite annoyed that they apparently assumed that to be the case!!

Our experience was very poor. 50 minutes to get our food and the quality of the food when it did arrive was poor. Lots of chili on everything but no flavour. Won't be returning. Very expensive treat left us feeling a bit cheated.

Portion size was too small, I was still hungry when I left, food didn't look appetising I had the chicken and BBQ pulled pork and the chicken looked burnt, and the pork looked like it had been thrown on, the flavours were really nice and it tasted good, just not enough and not well presented.

The food was a bit overdone. My husband had the chimichanga which was very dark on top and when turned over it was almost burnt. My friend ordered the sweet potato fries and when they came out, the waiter pointed out that he's get another bowl of then because they were burnt. We ordered the some street food and the chorizo was black. But I had the spicy coconut chicken which was really tasty. The mocktails were really lovely. Due to the way that the food had been cooked, I wouldn't say that we are in a rush to come back. It makes you not want to pay the full price.

Excellent service and great food. One of our meals was alittle late so staff gave all 6 of us a free pudding. I was very impressed. Will definitely go back.

5/10 experience. They messed up the order, food wasn't brilliant but the positive side of it was the staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole experience just didn't come across as very professional and a real shame compared to our previous experience here 3 years ago. Great they have the Gluten menu, really pleased about that!
