Shocking. Without doubt the worst place I've dined in years. Poor service, food that wasn't good enough for my dog and a manager without the skill set required to deal with the aftermath. Spoiled my daughter's 16th birthday meal. Never again.

    Food & drinks were great
Clearing of table in between courses could be quicker which led to only being able to have main meal
    Staff friendly

Great food, great service, excellent food. Loved our lunch at Chiquitos. Value for money, nice food and the service was above and beyond what you would expect. The only downside was the drinks, a cocktail came with a less than fresh raspberry and didn't really look like the picture in the menu otherwise it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

The food was good; portions were generous; very tasty; the server, Alba, was attentive and friendly. Nicely located and easy to find. Drinks a little overpriced.

We have a local Chiquito and I have to say it does not hold a candle to this one in Fredrick Street Edinburgh ... The food is far better the atmosphere also there was no sense of being rushed we had plenty of time in between courses to relax and enjoy ... We have been twice now and will be returning .

Service appalling. Had to wait ages to get seated, waited to order drinks, waited to receive drinks, longer wait for our starters, and wait feven longer for our main course. People who arrived after us got served quicker and received their food before us.

Poor customer service, no interaction with kids ... Rude asked a question as waited 20 minutes on kids deserts on where they would be for the waiter to come back out kitchen and not give an update had to go up to him and he didn't respond, the waitress advised fresh fruit salad needed prepared .... Would not go back restaurant was quiet ... Only 1 positive when we were paying was a node Portuguese waiter who firstly asked had kids enjoyed and when we explained the poor service he went and made one of his colleagues apologise ... He obviously realised but it was too late. Cannot believe the service and 2 other members of my family hadn't eaten at Chiquito's previous and I know advised yesterday would not use the restaurant again.

Hi I'm quite sad to say for the second time our dining experience was not good, the first time we waited over a hour for our food and with a hurry 1 year old was not fun, second time my husband orders ribs, when they came they where truly burnt to a crisp they where replaced but with ribs that had very little meat, was a shame but never mind, x
