Surrounded by an array of shops and services in Arena Park Shopping Centre, Chiquito Coventry serves up authentic Tex-Mex cuisine in a vibrant setting. Colourful kiln-fired South American pots decorate this authentically Latino diner.

Packed with authentic dishes from both sides of the border, the Chiquito menu captures the essence of all things Tex Mex. Start the fiesta with fully-loaded nachos or the soft taco sharer between a few amigos, before sampling the famous fajitas and burritos, or a classic chilli con carne. A take on the traditional Mexican market, the street food section of the menu features sweet chorizo croquettes, patatas bravas, and a flavour-packed Mexican frittata.

Family-friendly entertainment and a fun kids' menu evokes a vibrant atmosphere at Chiquito restaurant. From the bar, a colourful selection of cocktails, mocktails and tequilas will add a kick to any meal, whilst an extensive range of wines and beers are also on offer.

The lively Chiquito Coventry can be found just a 10-minute walk from The Ricoh Arena in the centre of Coventry and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Longford Park is a 6-minute walk away.

Food was very poor quality. Restaurant was very busy which may have affected it, but won't rush back to try again

Since it opened in Coventry we hav been regular customers, but sadly disappointed this time!waited 50mins for starters, then brought main instead, said we wanted mains s cond so eventually brought starters which were awful, then tried to give us original mains that had been dished up hour before and left on hot plate, by which time were dried up! Waitress was very polite but generally will not go back there now.or recommend it.

Place was busy and obviously very popular. Food was adequate and very expensive. We had 6 street food dishes of which the tacos and halloumi dishes were very good. 4 dishes were below average. My son had the ribs and he felt they were better than TGIs and Harvester. My hubby had the peri peri chicken which was ok but not as good as Nandos. Considering we had no starters, 4 mains, 4 soft drinks and two desserts the bill was a tad pricey at approaching £100.
