We've been twice now.. The first time we had really bad service we waited 40minutes for our food to come we got put on a table that wasn't even cleaned or set up.. But we put it down to be very busy as it was a Saturday.. So we decided to go again.. This time it wasn't busy.. We booked we had to wait for the table only a couple of minutes.. We then got a table the girl told us about the deals and we used to 2 for 1 code.. The food came out straight away and it was lovely .. Expect the burger we ordered didn't come with a bun as we thought it would, and the chips were still quite hard.. But the other foot I couldn't fault.. It the came down to the service which let it down again.. The attitude of the waitress I think one was a manager was awful.. She looked dead rushed but there was only about 7 tables in the place and there was two other staff.. This is the second time the service has been awful.. And with working in a restrant myself I would never be able rice service like that I would be sacked! It's a shame really as I love the food and the sweet potato fries but the floor staff and managers service is awful. Hopefully when Chester one opens it will be much better and I won't feel like I'm not wanted there.

Great food, Great Service, Great atmosphere. We arrived at 5 30 pm. we were greeted and seated immediately. The service was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making regular checks . The drinks were 2 for 1, we had a Nachos Grande to start with, followed by a perfectly cooked Sirloin steak and finished off with donuts, chocolate caramel and ice cream, just wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will most definitely be returning. If you are in the area, Chimichanga is well worth a visit.

New Years Eve dining for 6 people...age range was 13 - 75. Very busy, as expected, but a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Each person was catered for beautifully....the staff were absolutely fantastic.. very professional yet super friendly. One item had just run out so the waiter came to explain, he was very apologetic. He had excellent knowledge of the menu and was able to offer some very nice alternatives, the one chose was delicious.
