We were a party of 6 for birthday celebration. The food was very good and excellent value for money. My first visit to Chimichanga's and we enjoyed the food.

The meal was rushed by the staff. No sooner had we finished our starters our main course arrived. The main course was not good, the rice was piled up in the middle of the plate like stodge, very poor. Because of this we did not have a desert or coffee or a tip. Lost earnings

Great food in a very cold restaraunt. Service was poor with food and drinks going to wrong tables throughout the evening. Customers were sitting at tables in overcoats due to temperature in restaraunt. Food however was great.

The booking service was great. Shame about the service in the restaurant. Not enough staff to cover all the table resulted in 1hr 30min wait for food and having to go and ask can we place order for food when the large table that came in sometime after us were served and had food before we ordered. It's a shame I still love the food but the management did not get this right this time.

The good was really good, as was the service. The only slight negative was it was quite noisy to the extent it was hard to hold a normal conversation.
Overall though I would definitely recommend.

Although the waiter was absolutely brilliant, we did order desert and waited so long we cancelled it.

The food was well priced and very enjoyable, however our experience was ruined by very poor service. It took a while for our drinks to come and someone's was forgotten, when we ordered our food and it came the waitress didn't know what she was serving to people, two meals came out wrong, and when we ordered desert it took the waitress 25 mins to come back and tell us that they had run out of what we had ordered. When we finally got our bill we had been charged for things we didn't have and the waitress who happened to be the manger was rude and huffy about adjusting the bill!! With this being a meal to celebrate someone's birthday we were all very disappointed, and feel some customercare training would be advisable to the staff especially the manger.
Also it would help if the staff knew the difference between items on the menu!!
