When I arrived at the restaurant I discovered I did not have a reservation. The personnel tole us that the online system should have not allowed us to make a reservation. After a 30 minute wait, the restaurant did seat us and we had a lively meal. The only issue was your reservation process.

Charlotte Quay is modern, friendly, and offers unique dishes to tempt the diner. As important as the fabulous food is the very welcoming staff who strike the perfect balance of catering to your dining needs while not being overly intrusive. Drink suggestions are on point. The menu is wonderful with lots of unique taste combos. And the view! Gorgeous view of the the Grand Canal basin. This is a "don't miss" dining opportunity.

Celebrating a friends 30th with a brilliant seat and views. Really lovely setting, nice gesture with a glass of prosecco given to each guest. Food was very tasty, staff were very friendly and attentive. Gin & Tonics were amazing! Will be back soon!

would like to have been informed about the provenance of the food. I asked for a rare steak which was served blue, which was fine for me but may be an issue for some customers.

Overall the food was fine. I thought there was not much to the oxtail soup for the price and the panna cotta could have had more flavour. The turbot was great, perfectly cooked and all the veg was delicious. The house wine was lovely. Great setting, lovely decor, I really like the venue. The service was a little slow and I asked for a non-alcoholic beer twice but it never arrived.
