Enjoyed the very well cooked and presented food and attentive and courteous waiter . Very nice ambience and decor .
Perhaps the lady in charge appeared to be a little inflexible due to cultural differences but I'm sure she is genuine and efficient .

Very pleasant restaurant and good value for money meal. Service was a little slow but the waiters were extremely apologetic and offered a complimentary glass of wine, hopefully this was a one off as there seemed to be a few mix ups in the kitchen. There are many comparable offers available with a slightly better set menu but I would try again. Negative is the toilets, they were communal and only one off the restaurant, you had to go through the hotel for another toilet. It is a large restaurant so I would expect better facilities. The outside seating area did, however, look delightful so I would wait until the Summer and try again, maybe afternoon tea.

Very disappointed - poor service, many mistakes by different staff - wrong drinks/wrong bill/wrong coats.
My meal was also not good, rubbery duck and cremated Star Anis.
    Overall, a bad experience.
Really loud party on adjacent table - no attempt by staff to calm them down - absolutely raucous, spoiled the whole night.

Excellent, attentive service - especially with regards to celebrating my Grandmother's birthday, she was delighted with the special treatment!

Delicious food, very good wine list.

sadly not a pleasant visit. side orders requested didn't arrived and we had to request them more than once.. In addition, we ordered lobster and were not given lobster forks so again had to request. I wouldn't go there again.

Very good pumpkins soup, even if a little too salty. Excellent service and ambient.

Excellent lunch and very good value with the bookatable deal. The raspberry panna cotta was particularly good.
