This 100-year-old restaurant (founder of the JRE) offers food where Asturian cuisine, modernism and innovation meet. Savour its famous Asturian beans (fabada) and its creamed rice with milk or a new creation from the menu: fried bass with poached potatoes, crusty bread with Asturian cheeses or clams 'a la marinera'. Today, the fourth and fifth generation work side by side in the kitchen: Pedro and Marcos Morán, respectively, making this restaurant the headquarters of a gastronomical clan.

    We were having lunch last tuesday, and we spented a nice moment. The meal was great. We have only one observation, the chef came to say hello, to the table behind us, there were not a lot of people, and it could be nice if he come to the others.

    La fabada excelente, posiblemente la mejor de Asturias. Las incursiones en la "nueva cocina" decepcionantes. Recomendable pedir solo cocina tradicional, la materia prima es excelente

    Almuerzo.La fabada ,el pitu y el arroz con leche inconmensurables.El servicio atento,amable y profesional.El Sumiller acertado y acomodando la relacion precio/calidad,no con los abusos de otros.Por cierto,persona joven y simpatica,va por buen camino.

    Imprescindible probar la fabada tradicional y la crema de arroz con leche. Algo caro pero merece la pena. Evitar entrantes, pequeños y caros.
