We had our anniversary dinner here. The atmosphere was lovely and staff welcoming. We received a complimentary glass of champagne as I had said we were there celebrating our anniversary. The food was delicious and the wines served also complimented the dishes well. A really great evening.

From our arrival at the restaurant until the minute that we left everything was wonderful! Detailed explanations about the courses in the tasting menu allowed us to appreciate the vibrant flavours and outstanding food combinations. Attentive, friendly staff made dining here a pleasure. Matching tasting wines are available to complement each course; alternatively there is a wine list to suit every taste and palate and knowledgeable staff to inform your choice if necessary. A fabulous evening!

Great dish, chosen the 6 course menu. High end quality. However quite rushy because of two seats at Saturday. Wine: great wine but very limited this something Typical Scottish...?

Although we arrived earlier than our booking we were welcomed and shown to a lovely table. The service throughout was very good, attentive without being over bearing. The food was first class and served at the right speed. The decor is old fashioned and could do with a bit of refreshing.
    Overall an excellent lunch.
