Byron Edinburgh Lothian Road serves up proper hamburgers, the way they should be. Served in laidback surrounds, Byron’s legendary creations are joined by a host of drinks and sides.

The Byron menu is made up of juicy hamburgers, served the way they should be. Properly sourced, British beef is ground fresh into 6oz patties, cooked medium (or however you fancy) so they’re pink and juicy, and served in a squishy bun with a pickle on the side. Favourites include the double bacon with cheese, or the signature Byron.

Byron also offers a ‘Mini Byron’ kids menu, plus vegetarian options and fresh, vibrant salads. Round things off properly with fries, sides, thick-churned milkshakes, specially-selected craft beers and homemade desserts.

Byron Lothian Road sits a short walk from Edinburgh Castle and just 10 minutes from Haymarket Rail Station.

Service very good. Food was cold and not the best burger. burger its self was thin and small. Side salad was very basic and small.

Not quite sure what the fuss is about. Yes, the burgers were delicious, but it's still just fast food so you're in and out in less than an hour twenty quid lighter. With the music and background noise so loud the waitresses had to shout and I still could barely hear, I wouldn't want to stay longer. The neighbouring outlets offer better value and a better experience so I don't think I'll be back in Byron any time soon.

Had the chicken burger and felt a little frustrated it was three small chicken slices and not say a chicken breast. Felt like a very small portion.
