    service lacklustre, whole place felt tired and certainly not Thai. My duck breast was tough as boots and fatty

    Everything was fine except for the food. The quality has deteriorated markedly in the last few years. The vegetable curry was very poor. The sauce was like dishwater without flavour and texture. It was as if an amateur cooked it. The beef curry was poorly presented and looked very on appetising although it tasteed good. The only dish that was has remained consistently good is the squid.

    Came here via the London Restaurant Festival deal. Food was lovely except for having our main served at the same time as our starter which was strange, my friend's chicken had a piece that wasn't thoroughly cooked through and my stir fry had only 4 prawns which weren't king prawns either I don't think! When we mentioned this we were offered a complimentary dessert which was a nice touch. The staff were great and didn't make us feel we were being fussy. I would like to give it one more try but maybe not order from the set menu.

    First the restaurant didn't know that we reserved a table and then had no knowledge of the deal we booked through Bookatable. Had to show the booking confirmation and still no one knew what it was about. The staff and manager were kind enough to sort it out in the end though.
    Good food, great service and good value for money.

    The food was so-so. What was truly awful was the service. No one ever checked in to see if we were enjoying our food or if there was something we needed. Not once. And we had to constantly remind the staff that we had placed this or that order. After all this, I was charged for a drink I didn't order, and KD to wait an additional 10-15 minutes for the check to be corrected. I've never had this experience before at a restaurant. The worst.

    There is very little choice on your menu in terms of curries/broth based dishes that can be mixed with rice. For example thai green with chicken/prawns. The dish I had (soybean and aubergine with coconut rice) lacked taste and had way too much itchy green onions. The server was not making sens, he came to offer desserts but when we replied yes we would like a dessert he said the restaurant closes in 10mins although it was supposed to close 20min later. He also didn't know what sticky rice pudding is although it was on the dessert menu. The restaurant lacks cosy:ness and is very loud as there are no soft furnishings. They also didn't notice i had made a note whilst booking the table that I have peanut allergy. When I reminded another waiter she just came to tell me off that I should have said it every time I spoke to them.

    The restaurant was a smaller franchise however the food and service was great!
