Great food - we went for breakfast and had the bukowski and elvis waffles. Very good indeed. Definitely recommend it!

Great food, perfect for brunch or breakfast.

The food was impeccable but the appalling service means I probably won't be returning. The food came before the cocktails even though they were ordered 10 minutes before and I had to ask three different servers for some milk for my coffee before I got any. And endless filter? Ha! Try tracking down someone for a refill. It was only after we finished that the second glass for the jug of water was delivered. Just honestly so disorganised and such a shame that a great kitchen is being let down by inattentive, lacklustre front of house staff. If you do take your chances I highly recommend the frozen cherry bomb. It was awesome. The espresso martini is terrible though.

Decent brunch menu, all of us enjoyed the food. The coffee wasn't up to the standard I would expect for a place like this in London, over roasted and not amazing.

Speedy service, had the waffles and bacon which I'd rate as a 7 out of 10. Quite loud in there for 1030 in the morning, that was the only negative.

The food was delicious, the ambiance was relaxing and the waiter was pleasant. However, the experience was dampened somewhat as one of our colleagues didn't receive her food on time. We queried the whereabouts of her food and it seemed that they had forgotten to put the order through.

They told us they will bring the food in two minutes, but she waited almost 15 minutes for her food to come. Also, some colleagues had to send their chips back as they were pale and looked uncooked.

Lastly, although the frozen cocktails were tasty, they were on the small side.

We travelled to London from Bath on Saturday to celebrate my wife's birthday and booked a family Sunday brunch with our three (adult) children and their partners, all of whom are London-based but had not tried Bukowski before. Everyone loved it. So glad we booked! The place was buzzing and there was a queue. We were quickly shown to a good-sized table, service was efficient and on the right side of friendly. The food was excellent. Three of us chose the Eggs Chesapeake and I was particularly pleased to find that the eggs were perfectly poached (none of the vinegar tang that accompanies some poached eggs). I'm not a fan of sauce Hollandaise but the Hot version was delicious. Please bottle it and sell it! My Bloody Mary was one of the best ever. I'm 62 and have drunk a few...
In our collective opinion, you got everything right. Please, please keep it that way! P.S. the 5-Star ratings aren't given lightly.

The beef rib was astonishing - delicious and something we'd never tried before. Californian burger was also a favourite, super juice and perfectly cooked. Service was very fast and personal, and we promised the staff they will see us again!
