I had the seared seabass which tasted Devine.
However could have done with a bit more seabass especially at £15.95 only got half of the seabass and I've had this in many other restaurants before and always had a whole seabass.

We had the afternoon tea for 2, lovely selection of cakes and savoury rolls. Service was great, very attentive. Extremely busy and sometimes a little noisy.

We arrived on time but we're kept waiting for a table. The service was poor as we had to wait for the drinks and to order our meals.the starters were good but the main meals were not we ordered the lamb rump which was tough with gristle.we had to wait for bill and were not happy that a 10% service charge had been added as we did not want to give a tip.

The food was excellent and the waiter service friendly. I was meeting a friend i had not seen for a long time and my only concern was we may have overpaid as we should have qualified for the early evening deal but were chatting so much when we paid the bill we did not check it properly. It was only later l thought how expensive it was, £49 for 3 courses and coffee, supposedly at early evening rate, with one medium glass of wine. It must have been expensive wine or coffee! I will ensure I check carefully in future.

Our visit to restaurant was good from start to finish which made it a very enjoyable experience. Restaurant was busy but young lady and gentleman looking after us were very good, food was excellent we had a platter to share as out starter with each of us having a different main meal with no complaints and the puddings were all delicious.

Wonderful unrushed experience in food perfection and the cocktails were just the right mix, not too overpowered by alcohol.
    Staff were attentive and friendly.

    Highly recommended.
