The burger afternoon tea was disappointing. Even though the main menu has a variety of burgers (toppings, sauces, etc) the mini beef burgers come completely plain - just meat and bun. We had to speak to two staff members to get this addressed, and even then they only added cheese, lettuce and tomato to both. Far from satisfactory. The chicken burger was ridiculously tough from being overcooked. The lemon tart in the desert was far too sharp, even for someone who eats raw lemon slices. The milkshakes were, however, very impressive, as was the brownie and the ice tea. The service was slow and it was incredibly hard to catch a server's attention.

Booked this as an alternative to the traditional afternoon tea. I found the place through an 'afternoon tea' website, the American theme appealed and the price being much more competitive than the normal hotel experiences. We were greeted by a friendly and polite gentleman, seated quickly and made to feel very welcome. Our cocktail soon arrived together with glasses of ice tea (which is limitless). The food consisted of three mini burgers, beef, fish and chicken on brioche buns together with a mini bucket of fries each. All tasted great and very filling, I struggled to make room for the lemon tart, chocolate brownie and mini vanilla milk shake.
The BRGR.com restaurant we visited is just off Oxford Street, so a great location a few minutes walk from the tube. The theme is if an American diner.

We went for afternoon tea here and it was amazing. Tasty beef and chicken burger. Not as keen on fish burger. Could have improved with adding cheese to beef burger and doing a trio of the mini milkshake. Staff were very welcoming. Great value for a decent portion.

I booked for the afternoon tea option as a pre theatre birthday treat for my friend & I. Upon arrival we were both received a warm welcome from all the staff. We were offered a window seat. After we took our seats one of the friendly staff team came and explained the menu to us. We received our order in very good time, and was beautifully presented. The food looked amazing and was cooked to perfection. My favourite was the salmon slider & lemon tart:) We felt very relaxed and welcomed throughout our stay, the icing on the cake was the extremely affordable bill! We would definately recommend to friends and family, and will be visiting again:) Thankyou

We had the afternoon tea and it was so lovely! Cute mini burgers, fries, milkshake, brownie and lemon tart - all equally delicious! Also included a Bellini and ice tea, so we weren't left thirsty. Will definitely be going back to try out the apple and banana crumble on the menu :)

The food was amazing, really tasty. However, the service was terrible. We had to call someone over after twenty minutes to get them to take our order. Each time we needed something it was down to us to call over the waitress rather than her keeping an eye on our table. We asked for some water four times before we got it so we eventually got it with dessert, having asked for it before we ordered out mains. It was a real shame about the service because the place I'd really nice and the food was delicious.

When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and shown to our table. The waiter (maybe the owner?) happily explained the different courses we were about the eat for the afternoon tea.

After a short while the food arrived. The burgers were fantastic. Contrary to what a few others have said, I found the meal very filling indeed, and this is a man who eats a lot. The dessert course was very cute. If I had to make a suggestion, I though the tart was a bit big compared to the brownie and threw the balance off slightly.

Other than that, absolute perfection! I can't say the food itself was worth the £17, but the overall experience certainly was.
