Delicious food and a great wine list. The menu looked pricey at first but the quality of the food made the price seem totally worth it. The best thing for me was that we didn't feel rushed to give our table back so our dinner was nice and relaxed too. We will definitely be back!

With the feel of a rustic Italian cottage, Bottega Prelibato is a traditional slice of the Mediterranean in Shoreditch. Freshly-made Italian delicacies are served up, while the art gallery space inside showcases the talents of local artists.

The Bottega Prelibato menu is rich in seasonal Italian recipes made with the finest ingredients sourced from local markets. Beautifully presented starters include courgette flowers filled with anchovies and sun-dried tomatoes, while platters offer up buffalo mozzarella, chilli nduja and mixed vegetables. Sumptuous pasta creations range from black ink scialatielli with crab, scallops and squid, to gnocchi with porcini mushrooms and truffle oil.

Desserts at Bottega Prelibato Shoreditch include traditional tiramisu, as well as homemade pear and chocolate cake. An extensive wine list boasts vintages from across Italy, including dessert wine from Umbria.

A tranquil, traditional example of Italian dining, Bottega Prelibato London is a 5-minute walk from Old Street Tube Station.

Restaurant très agréable un peu bruyant mais très bon. Possibilité de prendre des jus de fruits très bons mais non indiqués sur le menu. Service rapide et efficace.

Noisy restaurant. Cramped seating. Expensive menu. Plate of food order delivered with key ingredient missing. Delivered on separate plate and left on my table. Bruschetta disappointing having been "bigged up" on the menu - 4 pieces of rather dried uninteresting pieces of toasted bread with toppings for £10.00. I don't think so. Will not be going back.

Delicious food and wine. Great service. But empty on Saturday lunchtime so no atmosphere!

The food is absolutely delicious, the staff is adorable, funny and helpful, and the venue is the cutest. I love coming here. My favorite restaurant in London !

Food was great and would definitely eat the lamb ragu gnocchi again.

Restaurant was cosy, tables quite near each other.

Service was standard and could be improved. Were left standing at the entrance then hurried towards the end.

When we walked in, three times staff walked past without even saying something or noticing that we were waiting to get seated. It would've been nice if someone could just have said someone will be with you soon, instead of completely ignoring us. We also had to wait for at least 50 minutes to an hour to get our starters and again quite a wait for our main dish. The food was worth the wait as it was delicious. We ordered the gnochi with lamb and seafood pasta. Both were seasoned very well and very tasty. The restaurant looks very cute and cozy but the service wasn't very good. We thought staff wasn't very friendly from the start and didn't really put in effort to make guests feel welcome. Apart from a mediocre service, we will come back as the food and ambience in the restaurant is very nice.

Amazing little Italian restaurant located in Shoreditch - perfect setting for a romantic dinner with friends or a partner. Great quality produce and value for money. Will be dining here again!
