It was a special celebration for our daughters MA graduation. It was only mentioned to the staff, who picked up on in quietly and produced a congratulation dessert, without any prompting. The whole evening was a great success with the friendly and attentive staff. Thank you Bluebird.

I wrote a lengthy review alas when it came to submission it didn't allow me to.

In short my experience was disastrous and I will tell as many people as I know of my disastrous afternoon tea at Bluebird !!!!!

Second time dining here, lovely place, good atmosphere and food was good
Though, disappointed, - I booked the 3 course set menu with wine - but was not offered the wine??!!

Mostly very nice. Food was good enough but not particularly memorable. Our table waiters were on point. Bar staff at upstairs restaurant friendly and welcoming. Meet and greet staff a bit too grand! We arrived early and wanted to sit outside for a drink (needing a table for four). There were unreserved tables and we were second in line, but we were managed away from that idea as the wait would be too long! But staff have been trained well to offend politely. Only about half the tables taken at 9pm on a Friday night. Wonderful building and location and it was all fine - we had a good evening - but I wouldn't rush back.

As always an excellent dining experience at the Bluebird. We had a party of 10 including two children aged 2 years and 14 weeks respectively, we all enjoyed lunch immensely and were very well cared for from arrival to departure, by Rosanna (a lovely Italian young lady). We will be back!

Being to this place before a couple of times, but only at the cafe and garden, was amazed by the dinging room! elegant, chic, and great ambience! service is very good, food is amazing (except the cheesecake is kinda different....unlike the usual firm cheese texture, this is very soft... but the cranberry sorbet came with it is amazing )! every dish is simply delicious, def our favorite (and best value too) place for all the restaurants we went during the restaurant festival,

A lovely evening! We enjoyed drinks in the cafe area outside - fun, lively - and then headed upstairs for dinner. Good menu, delicious food and attentive service. Used to be one of my fave haunts when I lived in S Ken decades ago - good to see nothing has changed!!

the 3 courses for £25 menu plus a glass of wine. Choice was good. Service was excellent and food tasty. We will be back and tell our friends.

Restaurant was cold and the service glacially slow. Quite expensive too we felt. Food was ok though.
