Food was amazing if slightly pricy but it is in Chelsea I guess. We were not drinking so can't comment on the drinks but food was amazing

Food, wine and ambience were really great!! The service was excellent too - the only thing for us was the price, it was quite excessive.. I get you are paying for the ambience and that but I felt the food quality didn't quite live up to the price itself. If the price was lower then the whole experience would be perfect.

Nice ambience, delicious food, mediocre cocktails, lovely service, friendly staff, cloakroom, validated parking.

The food was nice, but we had booked a dinner reservation at 21.30 and experienced that we more or less were pushed out of the restaurant. As early as when we ordered our food, the waiters told us that we had to make sure to be finished by eleven.. before the food had arrived they also cleared the table for decorations like flowers and candles (not because of too little space) They also asked several of the guests from our party if the were finished wanting to remove platters and glasses, when they obviously were not.

The staff would not help our party ordering a taxi..

The restaurant is located way too far away from central London.

The ambience was good the food wasn't. The buffet had limited choice and was not worth £150. We were four people and had drinks. The drinks were overpriced.
Overall not worth it. With that kind of money we cud have eaten in a michelien star restaurant and wud have come out satisfied

We were warmly greeted upon entering the restaurant. The restaurant had a very nice ambiance. We chose one of the tasting menus to get a sampling of the interpretation of Thai food that the Blue Elephant served. There were several courses, and initially we were worried that the quantity would be inappropriate, but in the end the amounts were just right, and the pace of service was just right, so that we had plenty of time to savour each course. The 'red elephant' hotness score for each dish was pretty accurate. The flavours of the food came through, and were not overwhelmed by spice. Would go there again.

The setting is very pleasant, however I was left a bit disappointed. I had been told of this amazing Thai restaurant it didn't live up to this. The cocktails are amazing, the service is a bit poor with one main waiter then a younger more amateur waiter, the food was tasty but not any better than a Thai restaurant in Guildford. I wouldn't rush back.
