Table Table LogoWith the simple tag line of ‘Good pub food’, Table Table makes its mission clear.  The popular chain offers a number of welcoming pub restaurants across the Manchester area, attracting families, couples and groups alike.

Table Table put a priority on value for money, and daytime deals start at £4.99 for a main course, with starter and pudding available from just £1.99 each on top.  In the evening, you can enjoy two courses from the dinner deal menu for £9.99. There’s also a good range of children’s meals.

The menu covers all the pub classics you’d expect and more, using seasonal ingredients wherever possible.

Starters include favourite dishes such as prawn cocktail, garlic and herb breaded mushrooms, calamari , and spicy or barbecue buffalo wings. 

There’s a wide selection of main course options, with traditional pub meals, grills, and salads.  Traditional dishes include sausage and mash; ham, egg and chips, and a hearty beef lasagne, with vegetarian options including woodland mushroom risotto with garlic bread and spinach and ricotta lasagne.  The grill offers a further selection of favourites. Steak lovers can choose either rump, sirloin or T-bone, all matured for 21 days.  There’s also gammon steak; bacon and cheese topped chicken breast, and a selection of succulent gourmet burgers including classic beef, chicken breast, and quorn and haloumi cheese.  And if you’re really got a big hole to fill, the mixed grill offers the full works.

If you’re looking for something lighter, there are tasty fish dishes including salmon with béarnaise sauce and oven baked cod finished with lemon and black pepper topping. Salads provide another option.  Choices include grilled haloumi and red pepper and freshly grilled chicken and bacon.

When it comes to dessert, you’re spoilt for choice.  Warming comfort food options include caramel apple crumble and sticky toffee sponge. If ice cream’s more your thing, then you won’t be able to resist the sundaes menu. Ice cream concoctions include strawberry sensation, lemon meringue, and chocolate and honeycomb explosion.

There’s the George and Dragon, an Altrincham landmark on Manchester Rd;  The Bishopsgate on Lower Mosley street, for a city centre pub meal, The John Milne at Milnrow and Mersey Farm at Ashton on Mersey.  Table Table at Christie Fields in West Didsbury is a regular lunch spot for workers from the office park, whilst the Swinging Bridge at the Trafford Centre and the Cheadle Royal both provide handy spots for resting and refuelling during a hard day’s shopping.
