El Nivel: Mexican Tapas at Covent Garden’s First Agaveria

London’s first Mexican Agaveria, El Nivel yields a cornucopia of wild and wonderful agave spirits including mezcal and tequila, but agave isn’t the only ace that El Nivel brandishes in its hand. Cocktails and Mexican tapas are foremost in this first-floor hideaway, and the restaurant was heaving with a buzzing bar when we visited on a Friday night. Read more…
