Setting the benchmark for fine dining in Bristol since opening in 1976, Bell’s Diner showcases innovative European cuisine. The Hardens Guide summed up Bell’s cooking as ‘excellent and modern’.
Pioneering a unique slow cooking method where ingredients are cooked for long periods of time at low temperatures, the Bell’s Diner menu is crafted by one of Bristol’s most recognisable culinary names, Chris Wicks. Sourcing from a trusted team of suppliers, sample experimental flavour combinations like Creedy Carver duck with almonds and cherries, or wood pigeon with smoked onions, sambuca and coffee.
Complementing the menu perfectly and sourcing from boutique growers, the Bell’s restaurant wine list features organic and biodynamic bottles, which are renowned for their clean flavours. Further innovative indulgence includes toasted hay custard tart with beer and coffee, or a skilfully-created violet soufflé with white chocolate and strawberry sorbet.
Bell’s restaurant Bristol offers regular events evenings and supper clubs for more intimate dining. Montpelier Rail Station is a 5-minute walk away.
