We like the Bella Italia chain in general so booked for our day out to London. It was a very disappointing experience. Four of us dining; he starters were average, three of the mains were tepid the other was volcanic. Pizzas lacked sufficient toppings. Ice cream served in warm glasses so turned to cream on the way to the table. The toilets were terrible. Would not go back - there are much better Restaurants in the local area.

The starters were delicious but mains wasn't very good. We've got dried and cold pasta with no taste in it. We ordered Salmone Limone. Service were bad as well. They brought us main while we weren't finished our starters. And we were waiting for a bottle of proseco around 15 min.

We booked a table for 9 people for 5.15. 2 arrived at 5.15 but unfortunately the rest of the party did not arrive until 6.15 due to traffic problems. The staff were excellent when I explained we were going to the theatre and they took our orders as soon as we were ready. Unfortunately, some of the portions were rather small but the quality of the food was very acceptable.

We went to this restaurant to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday. Even without telling the restaurant they had already made a lovely table up for us. The good was amazing, the service from the staff was prompt and we was well catered for. The price was extremely reasonable. Over all I was very impressed and would definitely recommend to friends.

I'm usually a big fan of Bella Italia but unfortunately we were really let down on this occasion. We pre-booked the festive menu but once we arrived were ignored from the start, having to request drinks and wait an hour for our main which we had pre-ordered. The food, again which is usually good, was poor this time. The insalata caprese starter was 95% rocket leaves with 4 small bits of mozzarella, and the pasta main was child sized. The turkey arrived cold and had to be reheated. I would stick with the normal menu next time!
