Been a couple of times to different ones in different areas, but this one just wasn't up to standards in my opinion.

Absolutely awful. A table if 6 was booked for my sons 10th birthday before going to the theatre. We had allowed two hours for the meal before the performance started. The food was cold after we waited an hour for it. Chicken was burnt ... The food had all sat on the pass for a long time. Had clearly been reheated - badly. The risotto was congealed on top. The Chicken Caesar salad was mainly lettuce.
The service was great from our waitress and we felt sorry that she was having to deal with the issues from the kitchen which clearly weren't her fault.
All around us food was being sent back. In the end the children's desserts were rushed before we had to rush to get to the theatre. Two hours should have been plenty of time.
The meals are not cheap - we will definitely not be booking again. Ever.

Enjoyed the food particularly the beef stew with dumplings. However service very very slow and a number of items missing from the dessert menu.
