Was shown to table, drinks order given, got drinks, when ordering mains, was then told NO BEEF DISHES, Inc. Spaghetti Bolognese, which is the only meal my daughter eats... We should of been told this before being seated really. Overall, the rest of the evening was great, service a little slow, but the food was really good. We will probably dine here again, but I shall ring first to check that all items available before we leave.

I like the décor in the Restaurant. The service was very good. I know that we booked a set menu but my husband was surprised that he could not order something on the menu which was in fact cheaper then the set menu. We could not change anything (we have been able to do this at other Restaurants - even if it meant paying extra) the ice cream was served in a little paper carton box (like for little children) which is of very poor standard.. Mc Donalds or Burger King like. Also, the portion was tiny. The food was good even though the pizza was quite small for the price. It was nice to get a gluten and lactose free meal. I was happy but my husband did point out that it is quite expensive (normally) but OK with the Groupon voucher.

The restaurant décor was a bit dated and the place was a bit smelly. The staff were friendly, but rather slow with the service and very unsure about what we are able to order as part of our Groupon Meal Deal so there was a lot of confusion and it sort of took over the conversation. The whole experience was disappointing. They were out Pinot Grigio (at 4pm), they didn't know what the "nibbles" were on the kids menu and we never got any. The food was actually very good, but I don't think I would go back to the Hatfield branch again.

Visited for a post cinema meal and had a good meal with plenty of choice, including light options and spirulised vegetables as an alternative to pasta.
