It was our first visit and we loved it immediately. The decor is super and gave the place a great Italian feel. We were greeted by a lovely helpful member of staff who put as at our ease and explained clearly our gift options. Food was very good. We really enjoyed our experience very much.

Over the years we've been here many times. We've never had a bad meal or bad service, and our last visit was no different. It's relaxed, with a nice ambience, friendly staff and a good menu choice. There are always good deals around too,so you never feel that you have to restrict yourself based on cost. Food as always was delicious and freshly cooked. Will definitely be going back.

The location being in the Odeon Cinema was very convenient to arrange a performance meal.
The service and food was excellent. The menu had a good selection and cost was very reasonable. Pleasant surroundings, generally a good place to eat.

Good food, they seemed to be short staffed. The waitress was rushed so there was no real service, just plonk it on the table and go

The staff were most welcoming and the food first class....an excellent meal for £20 per head inc. 2 large glasses of Montulciano

The food was apsolutely spot on. I had the gamberoni which was beautiful and it's the first time I've eaten every last scrap of food on my plate. My children had a pizza dog which they really enjoy and the prices are reasonable. The drinks were great but the only thing I have to complain about is the slow service. It took at least 15 minutes for them to bring our drinks then we waited over half an hour for our bill at the end of the meal. Apart from waiting around a lot with the slow service the overall experience was great. I can't fault Bella Italia.
