Hi no we were not happy with last night meal. The table was booked at 5.30pm for 3 by 6pm it was very busy we did wait a while to have our order taken. It wasn't the staffs fault I felt very sorry for them there was only two on . It did take a while for everything to get to our table. When the waiter came to take order for coffee we asked for the bill as well as we were going to the winter gardens to a show at 7.30pm when the coffee came both mine and one of my friends was just look warm and my other friends was too hot she couldn't drink it? by this time we had to go it was 7.25pm we only just got to the theatre I was going to complain but we did not have the time. Every time we have a show in Blackpool we always use your restaurant for the food and the staff. But the usually staff was not on duty last night and sadly you could tell. You need to look at this as your regular customers will go elsewhere.

A very busy restaurant even in mid week. my partner and I booked for a Friday evening on arrival we were seated quickly. We were given time to view the food and drinks menu. The kitchen is open plan and can be seen from the dining area our starters and main courses were cooked professionally and arrived quickly. only a light seasoning was needed. portions were of a good size and consider the restaurant good value for money. yes maybe the drinks prices are a little high but we ate in a few places over our stay and the prices seemed fair. overall we both enjoyed our meals and left the waiter a good tip for his service. will definitely go there again and recommend it to one and all a definite 9 out of 10

Disappointed with this restaurant. Booked for 5.30pm as illumination time and knew would be busy. Waited 1 hour for meal, no apology for delay, and food was lukewarm when served. Lots of empty tables but turning people away at door.
Have eaten here before but was at lunchtime out of season, was superb hence the return.
Will not come again! So many good places to eat nearby

Arrived slightly later than the table was booked for but the staff at Bella Italia found us a table for two very quickly! Drink order was taken and orders for food were given. On the whole it was an enjoyable evening. I would highly recommend.

the Service was good. We had garlic bread to start which was lovely. I then had Chicken Caccitoria (something like that) the chicken was in tomatoe sauce which was like water, the menu said with mushrooms I spotted a tiny piece. My husband had steak which he said was ok. Overall I was disappointed.
