The meal was lovely and the service excellent but we were not allowed to redeem our voucher which I had spent time researching. The discount is what encouraged the booking and it was clearly advertied. The manager explained that they have the right to remove themselves, as it says in the terms and conditions, but her explenation was the head office had not given then enough notice. I feel this is not a good level of customer care and service and I will not be re visiting as a result of this.

We've visited this restaurant many times now as the staff are always friendly, the food tasty and well presented and the gluten free options clearly displayed and plentiful! It was my daughters 17th birthday so went there with a few of her friends and also my younger daughters friends (a gaggle of girls!). The service was as good as could be expected for under staffed which is quite common for this restaurant - however must admit we appeared to have the best of it as waitress attentive to our needs, tables around us had a much longer wait.

The starter was a sharing garlic and mozzarella pizza bread which was very filling.
Main course we had choices of pizza, calzone or pasta off the main menu. Very filling and generous portions.
Desert was ice-cream from the gelato retro Italian bar with various flavours and toppings in a circus like scoop container. Admittingly I would of liked 2 scoops! But was already full and still had my glass of Prosecco to drink.
    Good value for money!
A definite good 9/10 from me!

We arrived early and were happy to be allowed our table straight away. However it was by the toilets and the smell of sewage was overwhelming. We asked to be moved and the new table was better but there was still a smell.

Considering how extremely busy the restaurant was, the service was excellent and our waitress was pleasant and friendly. We ate from the Christmas menu and all the food was delicious. My only criticism is that the main course food could have been hotter. The Christmas pudding ice cream was to die for!

Very slow with service of food and starters. One hour to get first course. Food was very nice, the wait spoiled the experience of bella.
Will not be having a return visit.
