Had a voucher that couldn't use. No menus given when we arrived waited 10 mins before we then asked for them. Waited over half an hour for our starter again had to ask where it was. Meal was nice but for £50 service was poor.

I was surprised that gluten free pasta was only available with certain pastas, If the dishes are freshly made then surely any pasta can be usd with any dish. I asked for the alternative wholemeal pasta offered but was informed they had none, The Prawn tempoura werecooked well but the whitebait were all burnt, Main course not to bad but one pasta sauce was floury, We alternate between Bella Italia and Ask Italia which is opposite, Although the restaurant at Bellia Italia is nicer the food is often better at ASK,

Very enjoyable. Not too big and noisy like some places are. Food prompt and hot, service as it should be. Would go again and to another in a different location.
Not keen on the high chairs and tables, left me dangling my feet whilst I ate which was vaguely uncomfy as there were no footrests on the bench seats. Would ask not to sit on those again - obviously bought by tall people! (I am small - 5 foot)

Food, staff and overall experience at Bella Italia was great...thanks!
Only minus is that a comment was left for the restaurant advising that one of the guests was celebrating a Birthday and anything to acknowledge and hake her feel special would've been appreciated - there was a clear disconnect or disregard between this facility from the website and the vendor as they appeared unaware.

Great dining experience. Service was fast but not pushy. Couldn't decide on the main course so took advice from the waiter and his recommendation was excellent.

A pleasant enough meal but the main course was only lukewarm. Service ok but a little slow at times considering the restaurant wasn't particularly busy.

Food was excellent but mostly was the waitress that was dressed as a Cheshire Cat for Halloween was brilliant. Very helpful and attentive. Great service.

Nice to see the new refurbishment. Having been going to this resturant for 25 years always enjoy the experience however part of the intimate dining feel has gone with the new decor and bar like stools.

what a disappointing visit!!! Waited 40 mins and has to ask where garlic bread was when it was delivered it was cold, sent it back so had to wait another 15 mins. A further 20 mins had to ask where main meal was!!!!! Informed it would be another 5 mins, in fact had it 15 mins later. Yes the food was lovely once it arrived hot but the time waiting actually spoilt the experience of eating . Was informed it was a busy day when complained, this is no excuse.
