Booked at table for 8pm. Place was packed but we were seated in 10 mins. My friends and I were greeted and showed to our table. There was a good selection of wines, juices and fizzy drinks. My friend didn't like lamb shank, but I enjoyed my Chicken burger and fries and other friend enjoyed her vegetarian pizza. The atmosphere of the restaurant was good that my friend asked waiter to take a picture of the group that he posted on Facebook. It was a enjoyable night and the waiter was attentive and ensured we were OK. This is our second visit to this particular restaurant in two months and on both occasions the service was excellent.

Good food, but poor and painfully slow service

We did not have to wait to be seated, the staff were accommodating and friendly. Some of the chairs were high and uncomfortable as I requested comfortable seats.

The drinks we ordered came quickly, but we did have to wait an hour for the main as the restaurant was busy.

Dessert was lovely and that came at a faster pace.

Nice place to eat I will go back, just not on a Friday night.

Table prebooked, no waiting, prompt service from friendly staff, food as you expect from an Italian chain restaurant

We were delayed arriving for our booked time of 6.00pm and Bella Italia had let our table go without trying to contact us to see if we were on our way. So we had to wait 10 minutes for the next table. The olives were sour and not nice - when I mentioned why I had left them, the waiter said he liked them. Our calamari and lasagna were lovely. There was a long wait for both rounds of drinks ordered as the restaurant was so busy. When the bill came, I noticed that despite asking for 175 ml glasses of wine, I had been given and charged for 250ml glasses. I offered to pay for one large and one medium as I hadn't ordered them but had drunk them and the restaurant accepted this. Service was friendly but suffered from being too busy. There are other places in the area to go to, so I wouldn't go back.

It´s a very nice and homie restaurant. The food, the lasagne was to die for, so good, and the service was perfect.
