In a converted former bank, Belgo – Holborn serves superb Belgian cuisine and beers. Boasting contemporary surroundings, the bank vault in the restaurant has been converted into a beer cellar.

Uncomplicated yet delicious Belgian delicacies are served on the Belgo menu. Favourites include parma ham with celeriac remoulade, wild boar sausages with Belgian stoemp mash and berry jus, or there’s always the house favourite − mussels with cream, white wine and garlic. Belgo also offers a dedicated children's menu, as well as pre-theatre and express menus.

The Belgo restaurant drinks menu offers one of the largest selections of Belgian beers in the UK. As well as renowned beers brewed by monks within Trappist monasteries, there’s also a range of tasty fruit brews and blonde ales. The dessert menu at Belgo London offers decadent treats such as Brussels-style waffles, and a Belgian chocolate bread and butter pudding.

Between the Strand and Holborn, Kingsway Belgo is only 4 minutes’ walk from Holborn Tube Station.

Great deal, excellent service from our waitress and overall no complaints. It is a little noisy in there so don't choose if you want a detailed catch up with someone but as a place for mates wanting decent food and a lively night, really can't argue especially the deal we had. Toilets really clean too.

Helpful serving staff but the food service was slow, we cancelled dessert as we had to leave for the theatre. Food was cooked well and very tasty. We had Thai mussels (which were fairly spicy) and rotisserie chicken with barbeque sauce. Good selection of draft and bottled beers. Restaurant allowed us to move from the offer we had booked to the lunch menu for the day which was also very good value. Lively atmosphere - the background noise from other tables was a little too loud for us.

Very friendly service, good choice and food of a decent quality. Frites were a bit cold, but replaced immediately which was a positive. Service a bit pedestrian.

Me and my two friends had dinner on NYE and we were absolutely happy about both the food and service.
The lady who served us was nice and always available even though the place looked quite busy.
We ordered some cabernet and then some starters: baked asparagus (our favourite!) and beer croquettes.
As for mains I went for a traditional Burger (so juicy and perfectly cooked!) my friends opted for vol au vent (one of the several vegetarian options). We added some bread mix, sweet potatoes fries and standard fries. Everything was very well presented and a real treat! Absolutely delicious!
They also had some waffles (they`ve never had one before!) with dark chocolate sauce.....light and fluffy...perfect after such a fullfilling dinner!
Good quality at a very good price......definitely happy with the experience!

Really noisy. Everyone had moules and fries, all very nice. Not a fan of the kimchi and other exotic twists though . Loved the waffles. Very good service.

It was ok. The staff was very friendly but the food was average. The burger was burnt, and the desserts were not tasty. I saw that everyone was eating mussels so maybe I would go for that next time, if there is any.
